Why Python is great for kids
Python classes — common questions
What age is right for Python classes?
Python works best for kids around 8 and up who are comfortable reading and typing. Younger, first-time coders usually start with Scratch and move into Python when they're ready. We place each child at the right level.
Does my child need coding experience first?
No. Our first Python level (White Hat) assumes zero prior experience — we start with the very basics. If your child already knows some coding, we'll place them at a higher level so they're challenged, not bored.
What will my child actually build?
Real Python programs — interactive projects, games with Pygame, and age-appropriate AI projects. Every level ends with a capstone project kids can show off.
How are the classes taught?
Live and online in small groups (max 8 kids) with a real instructor — not pre-recorded videos. Kids write code, ask questions, and get feedback in real time.
